We perform the most demanded tasks like updating the contents, alteration of the color scheme, changing page layout, and so on. We’ll do our best to complete the changes you've requested within the scope of the default maintenance service. If you want some modifications that is outside of the default scope or exceed the 5 hours of monthly service time, we will charge an additional service rate from S$20 per hour. Feel free to contact our support team. They will help you to choose the necessary services and to specify the pricing.

 The colors that are to be changed in the template

Your hosting doesn't matter to us, as we're working with various hosting providers apart from the hosting companies that we recommend to our clients.

Our constant maintenance service is a subscription, meaning that only one payment will be deducted from your card every month or annually in advance. If you choose to cancel the service, you will get all the maintenance services of the prepaid period.

Customers can get a refund if our developers haven't yet initiated the first maintenance task. However, the refund cannot be issued if the task has started. Customers must submit the refund request within 14 days from the "Maintenance Services" purchase date.

After you make the payment, our project manager will contact you to get all the necessary information about your site, including hosting login credentials. When we get all the necessary information we can start providing the maintenance services.
